Schering Contractors' Trade Secrets Spat Revived

Law360 (June 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has remanded a trade secrets dispute between Schering-Plough Corp. contractors Synygy Inc. and ZS Associates Inc., ordering the trial court to reconsider its ruling that India, not the U.S., is the correct forum for the lawsuit.
