Ex-UBS Exec Insider Trading Saga Comes To An End

Law360 (June 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has handed down a final order in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's case against a former UBS Securities LLC research director for his role in a “massive insider trading scheme.”

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Kevin Castel entered a final judgment against Mitchel S. Guttenberg in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for the alleged securities violations he committed in addition to his purported criminal acts.
