US Dings Chinese Steel Shipped Through Vietnam

Law360 (May 22, 2018, 2:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday finalized steep tariffs on imports of certain steel products from Vietnam that are partially made from Chinese components after concluding that Chinese producers were dodging U.S. import taxes by sending products to Vietnam first for processing.
