Fried Frank Atty Who Left For SEC Rejoins Firm As Partner

Law360 (May 23, 2018, 8:03 PM EDT) -- Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP will bolster its corporate practice with a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission senior counsel who once worked at the firm as an associate, the firm announced Tuesday.

Stacey Song has rejoined the firm as a partner in its New York office, where she will advise broker-dealers, investment advisers and their funds on federal securities laws around registration, fiduciary duties, advertising and fund management.
