Dancers Claim Club Stripped Them Of Wages

Law360 (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of female entertainers has filed a putative class action against Minnesota's King of Diamonds strip club, accusing it of violating wage-and-hour laws by misclassifying the women as independent contractors and requiring them to pay nightly house fees in order to work.
