Feds Moving Ahead With Travelers' Biometric Collection

Law360 (May 25, 2018, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The federal government wants to continue and expand its collection of digital fingerprints, face scans, iris images and other sorts of biometric data from travelers entering and leaving the United States, in part to beef up immigration enforcement.
