DHS To Rescind Startup Founder Immigration Parole Rule

Law360 (May 25, 2018, 4:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security on Friday announced that it will proceed with the Trump administration's plan to rescind a rule giving immigration benefits to foreign startup founders, despite objections from the business community.
