Cayuga Nation Group Seeks Quick Win In Tribal Leaders Suit

Law360 (May 25, 2018, 6:19 PM EDT) -- Members of the Cayuga Nation have moved for a quick win on most of the counts in their suit challenging the Bureau of Indian Affairs' decision to recognize another faction as the tribe's leaders and award them a contract, saying the federal government has violated the nation's right to govern itself under its own law.
