'Cars' Trademark Fight Rolls On

Law360, New York (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Oklahoma toy designer's claims that Disney Enterprises Inc. and Mattel Inc. violated a trademark in connection with the movie “Cars” rolled on after a federal judge ruled the designer's claims survived the scintilla of evidence standard.
