WL Gore Indefiniteness Defense Shot Down In IP Suit

Gore & Associates Inc. from offering an invalidity defense based on indefiniteness at an upcoming patent infringement trial over intravascular stents, ruling that none of the evidence submitted by the company alters an earlier denial of summary judgment.
