Obama Nominates 2 For FLRA Posts

Law360 (June 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- President Barack Obama has nominated two people to fill vacant posts at the Federal Labor Relations Authority, one as general counsel and one as a member of the agency.

The president announced Thursday that he was nominating Julia A. Clark, currently the general counsel of the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers of the AFL-CIO, to be general counsel of the FLRA and Ernie DuBester, currently a mediator with the National Mediation Board, to serve as a member.
