Antitrust Claims V. Web Site Registry Co. Revived

Law360 (June 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a significant ruling for Web site owners, a federal appeals court has found that a coalition of Internet domain name registrars have successfully stated antitrust claims in a lawsuit against VeriSign Inc., which operates the .com and .net registries.
