Former RMBS Prosecutor Heads To Lowenstein Sandler In NY

By Jody Godoy (June 11, 2018, 5:49 PM EDT) -- A former prosecutor on the task force that pursued international banks for hiding the risk within sickly residential mortgage-backed securities has rejoined Lowenstein Sandler LLP, the firm announced on Monday.

Ryan Wilson practiced at Lowenstein Sandler as an associate and counsel before joining the task force in early 2016. He's now a partner in the firm's white collar and capital markets litigation groups based in its New York office.

Wilson told Law360 that the chance to rejoin former colleagues including Zach Rosenbaum, who leads the firm's capital markets litigation group, was one of the attractions to returning to the firm. But...
