New York Radiology Antitrust Suit On Path To Trial

Law360 (June 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has set an antitrust battle involving New York radiology providers on the path toward trial, setting a date and cutting off further summary judgment motions.

On Friday, Judge Victor Marrero of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York determined that additional summary judgment motions would not be “helpful,” and set a trial date for Nov. 30, 2009.
