GGP Lenders Seek Examination Of 42 Malls

Law360 (June 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Servicers for loans made to 42 General Growth Properties Inc. shopping malls have asked for discovery under Rule 2004 of the Bankruptcy Code to examine whether those malls should be dismissed from GGP's bankruptcy case.
