Bid To Toss Morgan Lewis Off Antitrust Case Fails

Law360 (June 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has refused to throw Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and two other firms off a case related to polyester staple fiber antitrust multidistrict litigation, ruling that the firms do not have a conflict of interest that would bar them from representing the defendants in the case.
