Dechert Snags Bush-Era Deputy Assistant AG

Engel, a deputy assistant attorney general in the Bush administration's U.S. Department of Justice, has returned to private practice as a partner with Dechert LLP's white collar and securities litigation group, the firm announced Monday.

Engel, joins the firm's Washington office. In addition to the white collar and securities litigation group, Engel will work in mass torts and products liability, business litigation, antitrust and appellate litigation, the firm said.
