Boiler Co. Must Pay For Asbestos Defense: Travelers

Law360, New York (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. has asked a federal court to order Fulton Boiler Works Inc. to pay its share of defense costs in long-standing asbestos litigation against the boilermaker, arguing that Fulton cannot show that it was insured for most of the period the asbestos claims encompass.
