Sen. Seeks Pay For Rejected GM, Chrysler Dealers

Law360, New York (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Addressing what he calls a bum steer for Chrysler LLC and General Motors Corp. dealerships slated for closure, Sen. Bob Corker, R.-Tenn., is asking Congress to consider legislation that would force the bankrupt automakers to use some of the U.S. Treasury funds they received to reimburse the auto dealers.
