Court Won’t Expedite Hearing For GM Bondholders

Law360 (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has refused to hold an expedited hearing on a motion by individual General Motors Corp. bondholders asking the court to appoint an official committee representing family and other noninstitutional bondholders.
