Male Enhancement Maker Charged With Fraud

Law360, New York (September 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal grand jury has indicted a dietary supplement maker on more than 100 counts of defrauding customers and banks out of at least $100 million.

According to the indictment, filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court in Cincinnati, Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, owner Steven Warshak, his mother, and four other individuals associated with the company committed mail fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering going back to 2001.
