High Court Mulls Hearing Key Arbitration Case

Law360 (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to decide Monday on whether to hear an antitrust case against a group of shipping companies hinging on whether the plaintiff has a right to pursue class arbitration under an arbitration agreement that is silent about that right, an issue that could affect arbitration in all areas of the law.
