Judge Tells Dana Creditors To Share Asbestos Consultant

Law360, New York (September 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Much to the dismay of the creditors committee in Dana Corp.’s ongoing bankruptcy case, a federal judge decided Thursday that the creditors and the equity committee could share the same asbestos consultant without significant conflicts of interest.
