NY Says FERC Trying To Block Review Of GHG Analysis Order

Law360 (July 10, 2018, 8:05 PM EDT) -- The New York attorney general wrote to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Tuesday saying that the commission’s recent order limiting its analysis of downstream greenhouse gas emissions for some gas pipeline projects was designed to shield the policy from judicial review.
