Feds Defer Gas Leasing Of Colo. Land To Consult With Tribe

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 5:55 PM EDT) -- The federal government has decided to defer the leasing of almost a dozen parcels of land for possible oil and gas development in Huerfano County, Colorado, in order to consult with the Navajo Nation first, a U.S. Bureau of Land Management representative said Wednesday.
