Ex-Louisville Basketball Players Sue NCAA Over Vacated Wins

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 8:00 PM EDT) -- Five former University of Louisville basketball players sued the National Collegiate Athletic Association on Wednesday after it stripped the school of its 2013 championship in the wake of a salacious recruiting scandal last year, saying the decision amounts to theft and the players “earned the right to be called champions.”
