Nokia Last To Settle Phone Touch-Screen Suit

Law360 (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nokia Inc. and a New Hampshire-based patent-holding company have reached a settlement in a suit over a patent related to the use of touch screens to create and control audio playlists, potentially bringing the proceedings to a close.

In a motion to dismiss filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Media Digital Inc. said that it had reached a settlement with the Finnish cell phone maker.
