$83M Bond Sought In Akin Gump Malpractice Case

Law360 (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs accusing Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP of gross malpractice and negligence have asked a judge to set a supersedeas bond of more than $83 million as post-verdict motions continue in a dispute over botched patent applications and related infringement litigation.
