FERC Fuel Pipeline Ruling Can't Be Fought, DC Circ. Says

Circuit on Tuesday nixed United Airlines Inc. and UPS Fuel Services Inc.'s challenge of a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decision that it had no authority to force Enterprise TE Products Pipeline Co.
