Geico Escapes Reimbursement Claims In Chiropractor Suits

Law360 (July 23, 2018, 3:34 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge freed Geico from parts of two lawsuits by chiropractors accusing the insurer of failing to reimburse sufficient amounts for services rendered to patients injured in motor vehicle accidents, saying Friday that the court's rulings in related cases doom the claims.

In two nearly identical orders, U.S. District Judge William P.
