Dairy Market Manipulation Suits Consolidated

Law360, New York (June 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has consolidated five lawsuits accusing Dairy Farmers of America Inc., the largest dairy cooperative in the world, and some former executives of manipulating the price of cheese sold on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange to reap higher profits on raw milk sales.
