JV Scores $119M Loan For Colo. Apartment-Retail Complex

Law360 (July 26, 2018, 8:52 PM EDT) -- A joint venture of Catalina Development Co., The Pollin Group and private equity shop Sightway Capital has landed $118.5 million in financing for a residential and retail property in the greater Denver area, according to an announcement on Thursday from Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, which arranged the financing.

The loan is for The Forum Fitzsimons, which has 397 apartments, 28,640 square feet of retail space and more than 15,000 square feet of amenities. The property is at 13650 E. Colfax Ave. in Aurora, Colorado, and the loan is for five years at a floating rate. HFF in its announcement on Thursday...
