Nude Resort Settles Models' Suit Over Photo Use

Law360 (July 27, 2018, 10:06 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday signed off on a stipulated permanent injunction barring a Florida clothing-optional resort from using the images of famous models, including former Playboy playmates, who’d accused the club of stealing their photos to advertise a “swinger” lifestyle.
