Criminal Charges Dropped Against WR Grace Attorney

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has dropped charges against the final defendant in a suit accusing W.R. Grace & Co. and several former executives of conspiring to conceal the dangers of asbestos exposure at a Montana mine, six weeks after the company and several other individuals were acquitted by a jury.
