GraphOn Patent Claim Against Juniper Sent To Texas

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has transferred a patent infringement counterclaim filed by GraphOn Corp. against Juniper Networks Inc. over hardware security and firewall technology in a Virginia court to a Texas court, where GraphOn is already pursuing infringement claims against Juniper.
