Immigrants Ordered Returned; Sessions Warned Of Contempt

Law360 (August 9, 2018, 10:07 PM EDT) -- A District of Columbia federal judge on Thursday ordered that a mother and daughter placed on a plane by the federal government be immediately returned to the United States, warning U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions and several top immigration officials that they would otherwise need to appear in court on potential contempt of court charges.
