Talks of doing another round of tax cuts first bubbled up in February when the president casually suggested the idea at a GOP policy retreat. After months of speculation over what the tax-cuts package would or would not include, Brady released the framework for Tax Reform 2.0 on July 24 — giving House GOP lawmakers just enough talking points to take home during the August recess....
