Bingo Price-Fixing Deal Docs Not Shielded: Court

Law360, New York (June 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court has ordered the Texas Lottery Commission to allow access to letters it sent discussing a settlement offer and counteroffer with an electronic bingo device manufacturer in a price-fixing complaint, ruling that the letters are not shielded by state information access or privacy laws.
