C&S, Supervalu Accused Of Market Division Plot

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Boston food retailer has filed a putative class action against C&S Grocers Inc. and Supervalu Inc., two of the U.S.' largest grocery wholesalers, alleging they engaged in a conspiracy to inflate prices by entering into an agreement not to compete on each other’s home turf.
