London Fog Seeks More Time To File Plan

Law360 (September 26, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Still trying to determine how best to proceed, the beleaguered London Fog Group Inc. has asked the bankruptcy court for more time to file its Chapter 11 reorganization plan.

On Friday, the famed rainwear maker asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Nevada to give the company an extra three months to submit a proposal.

If granted, the extension would bar other parties from filing competing plans and allow London Fog Group Inc. to retain control over its Chapter 11 case.
