High Court Won't Hear 'Reverse Payment' Challenge

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a high-profile antitrust challenge to reverse payments, denying a certiorari petition after Bayer AG and generic-drug makers struck a deal that kept a generic off the market.
