Reichhold Cleared Of Liability At NJ Smelting Site

Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has ruled that Reichhold Inc. is not liable for any metal contamination at a New Jersey smelting site previously owned by United States Metals Refining Co., handing a resounding victory to Reichhold in a six-year dispute over the site.
