BP Express Faces FLSA Suit By Drivers

Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Trucking company BP Express Inc. has been hit with a wage-and-hour lawsuit by drivers who claim the company underpaid them in breach of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

In an amended complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia on Monday, the drivers allege the Knoxville, Tenn.-based company failed to pay them the minimum wage for all hours worked.
