Top Lawyer From SG's Office Joins King & Spalding

Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Daryl Joseffer, the former No. 2 lawyer in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined King & Spalding LLP as a partner.

At the firm, Joseffer will join his onetime boss, former Solicitor General of the United States Paul D. Clement, who became head of King & Spalding's national appellate practice in November.
