Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An asbestos abatement air quality monitor in upstate New York, who was convicted by a jury of felony charges of misleading homeowners into thinking their homes were safe, has been denied a new trial but has won a judgment of acquittal on a conspiracy count.
