St. Paul Prevails On Appeal In Duty To Defend Case

Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court handed St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. a win on Tuesday, striking down a trial court’s decision and ruling that the insurer was not obligated to provide a defense for ERA Oxford Realty Company Greystone Inc. in an Alabama state court lawsuit.
