Getinge Dodges Subsidiary's Blood Pump Patent Fight

Law360 (September 4, 2018, 11:00 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday released Swedish medical device company Getinge AB from a battle over the legal rights to a blood pump method, saying Abiomed Inc. had failed to claim Getinge had any stake in the contested patent.
