Madoff Judge Delays Victim Restitution Issue

Law360, New York (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge due to sentence Bernard L. Madoff at the end of June has agreed to postpone the question of restitution to thousands of investors swindled by the moneyman, saying the sheer number of victims and the extent of the fraud make the issue too difficult to resolve at this stage.
