Law360, New York (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Continental Casualty Co. has failed in its bid for a court ruling that because of an antitrust exclusion in its policy with MultiService Corp., it does not have the duty to indemnify the company for a $1 million settlement in a tortious interference case.
