Trump Admin. Sued For Extending ACA-Skirting Insurance

Law360 (September 14, 2018, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The Trump administration flouted the Affordable Care Act when it allowed dramatically lengthier sales of purportedly “short-term” insurance policies that lack ACA benefits and protections, according to a complaint filed Friday by insurers, doctors and patient advocates.
